The Signal Pro™ control gives operators of heavy vehicles all of the advantages and performance that electronic controls provide in one rugged, compact design.
By eliminating all mechanical linkages from the control lever to the injection system, the Signal Pro operates more efficiently and reliably than standard mechanical controls. Position sensor signals to the engine control system provide far more precision and better drivability than cable-operated linkages.
The Signal Pro uses encapsulated construction with an IP67 rating to protect the sensors from dirt, dust and moisture. The sensor signals are also not affected by extreme heat or cold, providing dependable operation in temperatures from -40°C up to 85°C. A special friction element helps give the Signal Pro an operational life of 1 million cycles. The Signal Pro is small enough to achieve the best ergonomics in the cab, while ensuring reliable control in the harshest environments.
